Chef Teri and our Culinary Team tend to our very own organic garden located directly next to Chandler’s. Our garden produces some of Chef’s Teri’s seasonal favorites used in our signature dishes. Currently growing: kale, celery, brussel sprouts, red cabbage, mustard greens, heirloom cauliflower, butternut squash, blueberries, blackberries, lemongrass, fennel, lemon thyme, mint, lavender, passion fruit, lemon verbena, fig and blue lake green beans.
Local & Wild

Local & Wild

Our culinary team shops the local farmers markets weekly for seasonal fruits & vegetables, and local honeys that we use for sauces, vinaigrettes and cheese & charcuterie plates. All other produce is sourced from local farmers within a 25-mile radius. 

Seafood used in Chandler’s is wild-caught locally - off the coast of Oceanside and Baja by our licensed fisherman who fish for Cape Rey specifically. Providing us the freshest seafood daily, this also gives us the freedom to only serve the best product.
